The role
MessageMedia is recruiting for a Website Producer to join their team. This role will be ideal for candidates who are naturally inquisitive, have strong problem-solving skills, and love new challenges. You are passionate about all things digital, have a strong eye for detail and have used these skills for converting prospects to customers on B2B websites.

Key responsibilities of the Website Producer will include;

  • Supporting the Digital Optimisation Manager to plan and deliver on the website roadmaps and sprints including site enhancements, content development, information architecture, and digital branding.
  • Day-to-day management of Jira tickets for new site requests and bugs, ensuring timely prioritisation, response, and completion – either directly or through coordination with developers or other team members.
  • Managing the CMS publishing of new content to maximize engagement, including implementing best-practices for gated and ungated offerings.
  • Managing live site QA, coordinating digital teams and internal stakeholders to ensure approved and error-free updates are completed.
  • Optimizing the core websites with a focus on converting traffic to high-quality leads and improving UX.
  • Work closely with SEO experts to implement improvements to drive rankings and increase organic search traffic.
  • Supporting the Digital Optimisation Manager with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across the suite of websites to drive targeted business outcomes, helping manage a regular cadence of a/b tests.
  • Running regular site checks to ensure they are running at optimal performance
  • Prioritising work across a number of different websites within the MessageMedia Group of brands.
  • Collaborating closely with the content, design, and developer team members to project manage website tasks using collaboration tools.

About you
You will have a minimum 2 years' experience working in a production capacity within a digital team. The successful candidate will also be experienced in web management with a key focus on driving B2B sales demand and self-serve trial conversations. Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress and writing website content would be ideal. You will be passionate about online marketing and be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of the latest trends. Strong communication skills, high attention to detail and exceptional stakeholder management skills is a MUST for this role.
