An exciting new opportunity has arisen to add a Full Time Pharmacy Assistant to my clients store located in Falcon. This role will see you joining a strong team to achieve the groups aim which is to maximise the customer experience. They require a full-time pharmacy assistant to work 38 hours per week and are open seven days; therefore flexibility in working hours is essential as you will be required to work weekends and evenings.

To be successful in this role you will require an understanding of Retail, Health, Beauty and
Pharmacy experience is an advantage that would be viewed favourably.

They are seeking a highly motivated, passionate person to join their team who appreciates the utmost importance of delivering the best customer service and who has a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They need an experienced pharmacy assistant who can multi-task, who loves a challenge and is eager to develop their skills.

Responsibilities Required including, but not limited to:

  • Providing customer service to a level above and beyond what is expected
  • Offering customers total solutions for their needs
  • Promoting the customer loyalty program
  • Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in/out
  • Replenishing stock.
  • Setting up displays, promotions and general merchandising
  • Maintaining the presentation of the store and service areas
  • Helping with administrative tasks

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Deliver excellent one on one customer service experience
  • Proven interested in ongoing training, learning and development
  • Understanding of the importance of routine tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Experienced with Retail, Pharmacy and Pharmacy Professional Services
  • S2/S3 qualifications are essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with the clientele/customers
  • A "can do" attitude
  • Competent computer & administration skills
  • A professional attitude and excellent personal presentation
  • Strong Communication skills
