The Opportunity

The Disability Housing Project Coordinator works within our Strategy & Customer Experience Team and is vital to keeping the team organized, coordinated and well-planned. You will be responsible for providing project coordination and project administration support to the National Disability Accommodation Portfolio Manager.

Each day may be different, but your core responsibilities will include:

  • Manage internal property maintenance system ensuring that all cyclic and responsive maintenance is carried out as required
  • Update internal property maintenance system with required information, verify and track work order to completion ensuring works have been carried out to the required standard
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including sourcing best pricing on required items, setting up accounts and ordering such supplies
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties such as preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and filing

About you:

As a superstar administrator or project coordinator, you will have demonstrated experience and skills in a fast-paced and large complex property environment.

To do well in this role you may have:

  • Property Coordination in a similar role
  • Strong time management and organizational skillsC
  • Completed studies in Office/Business Administration and/or relevant experience
  • High autonomy and great initiative to take ownership of actions and responsibilities
  • Supportive team player and the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Knowledge of NDIS frameworks and principals will be highly regarded
