Position Summary:

A fantastic opportunity exists for a manager with project experience to join our case contact and outbreak management team. Within this role you will form part of a high performing, supportive team which has recently expanded due to growth within the cluster. You will utilise your exceptional program and project management skills to support the change activities across this CRM project. This is a busy and rewarding role within a fantastic team who have a great culture of comradery.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability provide project and change management support to ensure the delivery of strategic goals and objectives. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders coordinating and setting agendas while supporting policy development and implementation. You will be the link that ensures the delivery and execution of change management plans and activities are achieved. Utilising your excellent stakeholder engagement skills you will communicate widely across the business, influencing change within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

To succeed in this role you will possess excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate internal resources to ensure flawless execution of projects. You will utilise your problem solving skills to plan resource availability and allocation. Ideally you will also have some experience in strategic planning and / or policy and public health. You will also have experience with policy writing and ministerial briefings.
