The Role

About our Team
This team is located at RAAF Base Amberley which is Air Force’s largest base and employs over 5000 people. As the Team Leader you will champion the vision to be a flexible, agile, high performing and cohesive team of highly motivated individuals.

Your team is responsible for assisting with Defence capability through the effective provision of base operations support. They will deliver customer focussed outcomes through effective, integrated partnerships with senior members of the Australian Defence Force Services, customers, contract partners and other stakeholders. The team works in a multifaceted, high tempo environment that brings rewarding challenges and a great sense of purpose.

The Base Manager works within the Zone Executive team, which contributes collaboratively as part of a National Service Delivery Division Executive team.
