This is a large Federal Agency that has been tasked with guiding Australia to a more positive post-COVID world.
About the role
The Department is building a team to manage external providers that deliver employment services.
This team will provide ongoing support to the contracted providers, including providing policy advice and support, as well as to their State Office support staff, and will facilitate connections with National Office program and policy colleagues within the department and in other agencies as they require.
Skills and experience
We are looking for individuals with technology, communications, digital and data skills to contribute to the design and implementation of the IT functionality for the new program, develop and maintain reporting arrangements, develop local labour market reports, and monitoring and reporting on overall program expenditure, outcomes and evaluation.
