Our Volume Talent Specialists lead the recruitment of highly sought after roles that are critical to our organisation such as Trainee Train Drivers, Trainee Train Guards, Customer Service Attendants, Cleaning Attendants, Transport Officer (just to name a few).

The salary for a Volume Talent Specialist position is Transport Service Grade 5 ($83,402 - $91,744) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
