The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.

What you will be doing
As a member of the Strategy, Communications People and Engagement (SCOPE) directorate, you will deliver a wide range of administrative support activities to teams responsible for the communications, web, design and human resource needs of the ACI. Each day will be different and may include:
  • Diary management for the Associate Director, SCOPE
  • Organising logistics for staff events, preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating word templates, finding suitable images for different communications channels
  • Managing booking systems, processing invoices, responding to requests for information.

Remuneration: $70,635.70 - $72,384.72 per annum plus super

Selection criteria
  • Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and secretariat services to a senior manager.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise, undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced computer literacy including experience using Office applications (Office 365), databases, document tracking systems in particular Content Manager (TRIM).
