Job Description

Our Technicians work both in the workshop and infield (repairing, servicing, and performing diagnostics) to meet the needs of our extensive customer base.

A day if the life of

  • Servicing, trouble shooting and repairs of agriculture equipment and lawn mowers
  • Consistently providing an outstanding level of customer service, building trusted relationships
  • Guiding and mentoring apprentices
  • Supporting and working in partnership with our professional sales team
  • Providing on-call assistance to customers when required

Desired Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Relevant Trade Certificate or experience as a Diesel Mechanic/Fitter
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications
  • Current Australian Drivers licence
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Desired

  • Previous experience with John Deere machinery
  • Workshop based experience
  • Previous field service work
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic experience
  • Forklift License
