BPI Consultant to develop & execute the transition to a new operating model in a once in a generation transformation. Strategy, analysis & delivery.

The Company
Our client is an organisation going through a once in a generation transformation where they are transitioning to a completely new and innovative operating model whilst experiencing the true definition of exponential growth. Thus, incurring significant changes to their processes in operations, finance and technology. This business is truly people centred and values driven, and not a veneer clinging to a strategic plan, they are deeply driven by the physical and mental betterment of their customers which amass a vast and diverse community. Subsequently, they need a Business Process Improvement Consultant to drive strategic analysis, create business cases and propel projects through to competition.
The Role
Reporting directly in to the COO and working across all areas of the business, you will call upon an array of skills spanning process and continuous improvement, lean methodologies, strategy analysis, business case development, change management and project management. You will;
Develop and sustain continuous improvement scalable initiatives that deliver simple, easy, end to end processes and interactions that drive engagement, positivity, and retention.
Lead a portfolio of Initiatives in conjunction with teams across the organisation to deliver the process, technology and people changes to deliver end to end experience improvement.
Identify and plan for managing risks, resistance and other barriers associated with changes.
Make viable recommendations for improvement based on key performance indicators and standards, and performance results.
Support the development, implementation, and review of performance improvement strategies, including the policies, procedures and systems, training.
Build and deliver business cases and scenario modelling for improvement.
Deliver reporting that demonstrates progress towards strategy for Executives, Senior Leadership and all stakeholders as required.
Define and plan process improvement projects.
Work in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team as well as operational frontline teams as required, to support the delivery of relevant improvement projects.
Elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
Design relevant training offerings - including to senior leaders, operations.
Your Profile

You will have a background in BPI and Continuous Improvement consulting which is ideally complimented with both a commercial mindset and empathetic approach. You will have a customer centred heart at the forefront of everything you do, whether it being through managing change, driving delivery, or questioning the business. If you have experience managing a smaller business scale at an exponential rate it will be significantly valued.
Degree level qualifications, preferably in commerce, engineering or another relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business improvement, management consultancy, continuous improvement. Proven track record of managing business transformation, delivery and change.
Extensive experience in strategy consulting and business planning, management consulting.
Experience with business case and modelling.
Demonstrated experience leading large scale, multi-site process change initiatives.
Demonstrated experience working with external/regulatory bodies will be highly regarded.
Highly developed analytical skills with a passion for solving complex business problems.
Lean Six Sigma experience, or design thinking (HCD) experience designing or similar.
Ability to present information according to the needs of the audience from frontline operations to executives.
Self-starter and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
