TEAM LEADER ASSET DELIVERY – NORTHERN (ROADS)

  • Annual Salary Range: $98,396 - $119,052 + superannuation
  • Tenure: Ongoing
  • Employment Type: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual Work Location: Bendigo (flexibility may be available)

About the Team

To deliver transport services across all modes that provides a single user interface to the transport network.

About the Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to lead, manage, motivate and develop employees within the Asset Delivery to successfully deliver the teams program. The role will also oversee the development and/or delivery of significant road, roadside and bridge projects that meet agreed targets of cost, time, quality and scope.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will have;

  • Monitors, manages and plans resources and team activities to ensure effective alignment of goals to achieve business outcomes.
  • Identifies and removes or minimises obstacles and barriers to innovation and business improvement.
  • Lead the delivery of projects in line with the delivery plan, including work scheduling and resource management.
  • Provide expert advice regarding the application of the elements of construction/maintenance practices adopted in construction/maintenance works.
  • Demonstrates dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
