The Compliance and Investigation Officer (OHS) is responsible for assisting in Solar Victoria's response to findings of the organisations industry intelligence and assurance and audit activities. The role contributes to the leadership of Risk, Assurance and Standards Division and is charged with delivery of the organisation's assurance framework.
The role works closely with relevant regulators and the Clean Energy Council to provide strong and active management of safety and quality issues that are identified through the delivery of the Solar Homes program. This role will also contribute to providing timely advice, briefings, reports and project plans for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will make a valuable contribution to safety in the solar industry and maintain a strong relationship with our key regulators.
You will be integral to deliver on our 'Installer Safety Program', a key initiative between Solar Victoria, WorkSafe and Energy Safe Victoria.
This is a fixed term position until 30 June 2021.
