We are seeking an experienced and highly driven studio recording and keyboards sales assistant to join our growing online sales team.
As a member of our online sales team you will play a key role in driving ongoing growth in studio and keyboard sales through the provision of outstanding levels of customer service and the development of high quality website and other digital content.
High levels of initiative, drive and creativity, excellent attention to detail, and the desire to go above and beyond to ensure that our customers are impressed with every interaction are essential. Proven experience with online sales and eCommerce activities will be highly regarded including:
A strong interest and hands on experience with a wide range of recording and keyboard/synth gear and a passion for learning more and staying on top of the latest products and industry developments is also essential. You will require a strong working knowledge of the following product areas:
A strong work ethic and enthusiasm about ensuring the store environment / work environment is well maintained at all times, a desire to continually improve our website and overall business, and the desire to be challenged and to seek out opportunities for personal growth and career development within the business are key traits.
The ideal candidate preferably has several years industry experience in an online / eCommerce related role in music retail / hire, music wholesale or music-related industry (e.g. production, touring, broadcast), or several years work experience in an unrelated professional field but with high levels of skill as a musician and strong knowledge of studio recording equipment and keyboards.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), very high levels of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and the ability to work well in a team and to self-manage are essential traits.

This is a 4-5 day per week role with Saturday availability required (Saturday opening hours 9:30am - 4:00pm).
