Responsibilities1. Responsible for daily contract management. This will include; - Support sales team and legal counsel with the drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing contracts; - Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters; - Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation; - Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally; - Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate; - Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders; 2. Provide administrative support for Sales Leadership team; 3. Assist Sales Leadership team with team effectiveness and program execution; 4. Raise sales efficiency, sales productivity and process compliance via internal CRM and implementing best practice sales & operational processes; 5. Internal communications, meeting room scheduling, travel planning, budget and expense reconciliation, sales event planning; 6. Organise, prioritise and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action items being addressed in a timely manner; 7. Ensuring compliance with cross-functional team (AR, Tax & Legal) and smooth execution of each project, and keep tracking SLA(timeline); 8. Planning and supervising billing and collection operations; 9. Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of billing information; 10. Build weekly/monthly reports for company-wide visibility; 11. Experience working with sales operations function/similar function in other companies.
Qualifications1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales or Team Administrator; 2. Bachelors degree or equivalent tertiary qualification as a minimum; 3. Experience managing Contracts process; 4. Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills; 5. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specialised in data analysis and reporting; 6. Ability to adapt to different time zones; 7. Experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets; 8. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple projects; 9. Comfortable in a fast-moving, relatively unstructured startup environment; 10. Excellent ability to analyse and solve problems; 11. Experience working with sales operations function/similar function in previous roles.
