Job Purpose

As Operational Performance Manager you will drive a program of continuous improvement with a focus on quality, compliance, sales and financial performance, while working closely with the operations team and corporate services.

Applying and embedding change, this role facilitates improved performance across operations, through mentoring service leaders, tracking service performance and managing key projects aimed at lifting service standards.

Working to foster a culture of practice leadership in all operations management roles, this role will focus on driving improved quality, monitoring and assessment of active support across all service outlets.

Reporting into the Chief Operations Officer this role will be key intersect with Corporate Enablers and Operations and provide subject matter expert input for driving Achieve’s continuous improvement framework.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline;
  • Demonstrated experience in operational change and performance improvement, embedding new frameworks and practice in a social services organisation;
  • Strong management, communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage teams and projects to drive change, lead and influence team behavior, practices and culture;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement and its application in the disability services sector;
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations governing the disability sector and related issues;
  • Current NSW Drivers’ License, Working with Children Check;
