This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Test/QA Manager to lead our Test function through a transformation program. We are looking for a passionate Quality champion to join us and make a real impact on the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the Test team to drive effective QA engineering practices and leverage new technology/tooling to continuously improve QA maturity across the business
  • Develop, champion and implement a common test strategy and consistent engineering practices across our products
  • Engage with business partners to build a common understanding and consistent adoption of the test/QA strategy, and ensure alignment with Agile project methodologies

  • You are an experienced Test/QA Manager who has a passion for quality and TDD, in an agile environment
  • You have a track record of success in commercial software development driving strategic quality programs.
  • You have demonstrated experience developing and implementing frameworks for test automation.
  • You are an effective leader who knows how to coordinate and motivate a distributed workforce and use your strong influencing skills to work successfully with stakeholders.
  • You can apply your analytical skills and conceptual thinking to solve problems and inspire others to new ideas.
