CIRQ Bar and Lounge - be a part of establishing Sydney’s very own venue.

CIRQ Bar and Lounge at the core of the venue is the sense of experience through the engaged service delivery, the theatre of the bar and the vibrant tempo - the rooftop destination will soon be Sydney’s home.

About the position:

This new and exciting role suits an energetic, passionate and service driven professional who delivers memorable guest experiences. To thrive in this role, you will have a can-do attitude, an emphasis on customer service and mentoring the team. The Assistant Venue Manager will report to the Venue Manager and is responsible for daily operations, managing a team of Supervisors and supporting new business initiatives.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A passion for hospitality, up to date with the latest industry trends and the ability to drive new initiatives
  • Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5- star environment
  • Previous management experience in a bar environment
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster
  • Current NSW RSA Certificate or be willing to obtain prior to commencement
