Client Manager


Posting Description: The Opportunity:
In this Client Manager role you will be managing and growing a large portfolio of clients across every business sector. We are a driven team who work closely and collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction and growth within our branch.
Key responsibilities:
In this position you will work across a broad range of diverse portfolios, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage Renewals from pre renewal stage to finalization
  • Ensuring claims process delivers on clients expectations and advocating on their behalf
  • Managing and executing daily enquiries
  • Building relationships and communicating with clients and new prospects
  • Build positive relationships with insurers
  • Face to face client meetings
  • Build a new business pipeline
  • Manage debtors
  • Market/Renew and grow crop portfolio
  • Achieve renewal and new business budget

About you:
This position will suit someone who is an experience insurance professional, you will have:
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions
  • Excellent client communication and relationship building skills
  • Experienced with management of budgets
  • A high level of understanding of client profitability
  • Staff management experience
  • Strong business development skills
