Our client is the peak body for international education in Western Australia, and a leading provider of information, guidance and support for international students in Western Australia. Our client is looking for a confident Business Process Manager to join their organisation. Over the past decade, almost half a million students from around the world have chosen to study in Perth. About the Role
The Business Process Manager role ensures that business processes are efficiently and effectively planned, documented, resourced, communicated and managed. The Business Process Manager will be responsible for multiple processes of varying scale and complexity. These processes will include project planning and management, production of reports, plans and reviews.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Provision of high level professional management of a range of complex projects and processes including:
Leading project planning sessions
Ensuring technical, capability and resource availability and allocation
Developing, maintaining and reviewing comprehensive project and process documentation and budgets
Managing project progress, including reporting, resources and milestones
  • Responsible for proposal development, contract revision and servicing
  • Developing and overseeing the application of appropriate quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Contributing expertise and advice in best practice evaluation, strategy, planning, compliance, performance and quality assurance
  • Undertaking research and analysis to assist the CEO in the provision of strategic advice to the Board on critical strategic matters
  • Collation, analysis and interpretation of external and internal data
  • Drafting of high-level reports, applications, procedures and policies.

Ideal Candidate

  • The ability to communicate complex information in a clear manner for the target audience - both written and orally
  • Experience in the management of commercial partnerships and projects, ideally in the marketing or services sectors
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and various project elements simultaneously
  • Exceptional professional integrity and personal ethics
  • Adaptable and agile approach, ready to help and be part of the team Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships, working a changing, complex and demanding environment, and meet urgent deadlines
