We are looking for a bright, motivated and confident personality to join our Sydney Warehouse team to deliver supply chain success to our clients. You will be client and customer service orientated with strong freight forwarding experience, always striving to deliver on clients' needs and expectations. And at the same time, you are a highly organized and flexible person, and not afraid of taking full ownership of the warehouse administrations.
What the role is about:
Reporting to the Client Operations Manager, you will be responsible to the general Customer Service function by taking calls, emails, and general customer service queries. You are also responsible to develop a proactive relationship with any allocated Customer Accounts, and to ensure our AXIMA clients receive caring and customised service. At the same time, you will be the in charge of the warehouse administration.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm at our Smithfield offices (with easy access to parking), which works for your lifestyle.
