Recruiter


This permanent position works as part of a national recruitment team within a leading professional services business.

The role will recruit across both the senior executive level, and be responsible for running graduate/campus recruitment for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end to end annual graduate recruitment cycle from attraction/sourcing to onboarding
  • Attend graduate fairs, promoting the business brand to drive applications, and maintain university relationships
  • Liaise with stakeholders around hiring needs and engage in stakeholder management throughout processes
  • Maintain candidate pool of experienced, senior candidates for future ad hoc engagements through headhunting, processing applications and networking
  • Run end to end experienced hires process for senior executives

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years' recruitment experience (agency or internal)
  • Experience recruiting for senior hires and/or reputable brands across banking/finance/professional services
  • Experience recruiting across the campus space preferred
  • Drive and passion for recruitment
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to engage with the most senior and the most junior of candidates
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
