Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force.
Joining us is a chance to make your mark, working with a diverse team that is united in pushing the boundaries of imagination and excellence.
We currently employ more than 2,500 people across 14 sites in Australia and three international locations and have a range of opportunities available as we plan for future growth.
We are seeking a Contracts Focal to join our team. In this role you will assist with the development of contractual and commercial responses to tenders, requests for information, unsolicited proposals and any other proposal. 50% of this role will be to support the ATS team and 50% will be supporting other areas of BDA. We're looking for “can-do” self-starters, who enjoy working in a diverse team exploring new technology.
Boeing is taking another bold step in aerospace and advanced manufacturing. ATS is the first military aircraft to be designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia in more than 50 years. The first aircraft prototype, called the Loyal Wingman, was unveiled with the Royal Australian Air Force in May this year. This unmanned teaming aircraft is Boeing's first military aircraft to be designed and developed outside the U.S and uses artificial intelligence to extend the capabilities of manned and unmanned platforms. This cutting edge project is aiming to unlock global defence and aerospace opportunities for Boeing and Queensland.
