Talent Acquisition Coordinator

A 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go permanent! In this full time role, you will be working in a close-knit talent acquisition team of 3 people and together you will be responsible for delivering excellent HR services across the business.

Key responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Draft and post ads, phone screening, coordinating interviews,
  • Preparation of contracts
  • Social media content
  • Reference checks
  • ad-hoc administration
  • Co-ordinate induction and on-boarding for new employees
  • Projects

To be successful in this role you will be confident, show initiative and be a strong team player. You will also have high attention to detail, strong business and commercial acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ideally you will have had min 6 months experience within HR administration or agency recruitment position.
