An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Administrator to join our Specialist Clinics Department.
The primary objective of this role is to provide a professional, customer-focused and efficient administration functions within Austin Health Specialist Clinics Department to enhance patient care and service delivery.
The Specialist Clinics Administrator works as part of a supportive team, meeting the accountability requirements of the Department of Health reporting Medicare legislation and participates in the department's Performance Management Program.
The Specialist Clinics Administrator works across a number of areas within the department including Call Centre (high volume inbound), Referral Intake, DVA Transport, Medicare Office and in Clinic.
