This APS 6 Executive Officer (EO) role is a busy and highly rewarding, supervisor/executive level growth position within the Branch. The EO supports the Director led management of the compliance and quality framework that is the core role of the Directorate. The role requires a person with highly developed organisational skills, a drive for improvement and quality, an understanding of panel management processes and a sound understanding of procurement and contract management.

About our Team
Capital Facilities and Infrastructure Branch are seeking a highly motivated, proactive self-starter who wants to learn and grow in the organisation. The Branch manages a growing $21 billion portfolio of major infrastructure and facility projects for the Department of Defence all over mainland Australia, and in some cases, remote Islands. This area develops and delivers major capital facilities and infrastructure projects to support the sustainment of the Defence estate, as well as Fundamental Input to Capability of new Defence assets.
Within this Branch is the Directorate of Quality and Compliance (DQC) who manage the procurement, contractual and compliance processes, procedures and tools that support the delivery of projects. In addition to these, this Directorate manages and maintains two significant services Panels for Defence and manages the integrity of the Defence Suite of Facilities contracts.
