The Position


Plan and develop inspiring content end to end across all digital touch points, with the goal of increasing engagement and brand love. You will play a key role in driving our ambitious content marketing strategy and implementing best-in-class digital and social media campaigns. Working cross functionally and strong stakeholder management skills are key to success in this role. Your finger is on the pulse, you’re a step ahead in understanding the ever-changing world of social media and digital. You’re a creative thinker, love content and are a champion for brand storytelling to connect with customers.


You will be responsible for the end to end campaign development of digital content for major brand campaigns and always-on content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

Collaborate with marketing, media and channel leads to support key brand abd trade initiatives with compelling digital-first-content, amplified through the right channels to drive reach.


  • Identify online trends and insights, and evaluate end-to-end customer experience for all marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop and shape the social media strategy to drive engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with internal & external creative teams, publishing partners (e.g Google, Facebook, Broadsheet etc) and influencers to produce high quality content and amplify messages.
  • Help develop and shape the social media strategy to drive engagement and reach.
  • Help to shift business mindset to use the power of a storytelling lens to drive commercial outcomes, rather than an over reliance on product & price marketing.
  • Optimize content considering SEO, Google Analytics & web traffic metrics

About You

You will be a strategic thinker, who enjoys being hands on and happy to dive into the detail and have end to end Digital Content experience. Naturally, you’ll be analytical and have the ability to idealate coupled with strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.


Essential


  • Degree qualified, 5+ years working in social media strategy and execution
  • A strong digital marketing skill set, with experience in content management, social media, digital advertising and online marketing.
  • Experience in the use of social media analytics platforms e.g Social Bakers or Dash Hudson.
  • Knowledgeable and confident in the world of Retail/Liquor
  • A strategic thinker who strives to delight the customer
  • Strong attention to detail and creative copywriting skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with little direction and deal with ambiguity
  • Proven experience in mentoring and coaching
