Description Journey Experts – Home Loans Tribe (4.2) Business Analyst with CAP experience

Our scope is the design, manufacture and management of a simple range of home loan products to bring the customer proposition to life.

As a Journey Expert in the Belmont (Redraw Remediation and Fix) squad, you will be responsible for bridging the needs of the business with the technology requirements required to deliver. You will have background knowledge in mainframe systems (with preference in Home Loan specific – CAP experience). Backgrounds may include business systems and architecture, business analyst or mainframe systems roles with product/business experience. Please note this role will sit on the Home Loans business side of the organisation but play a pivotal role in helping product managers and alike understand the feasibility of their solutions and help tease out alternative approaches to solving their problems.

What you bring to the Home Loans Tribe?

  • Demonstrable experience or expertise in two or more of the following disciplines: Systems analysis, mainframe change delivery, CAP technology or business analysis
  • A critical thinker, who is able to break down business issues into manageable problems for resolution using technology based solutions.
  • A “growth mindset”, passion and curiosity to drive exceptional outcomes for our customers and bankers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to effectively influence outcomes
  • At least 3 years Home Loan product management experience; or 5 – 10 years in roles directly related to Home Loans
  • Experience or understanding of lending product features such as redraw, offsets and repayment calculations.

This opportunity is available as an 18-month fixed term contract based in 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC.
