We are seeking the support of a customer focused and pro-active Customer Experience Officer to continue our strong relationships with our internal stakeholders, ratepayers and community.
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will support the City by:
You will be experienced in providing outstanding customer service support, with very good verbal and written communication, complimented by strong computer literacy skills.
You will also have high attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task. Above all, you will live the City of Perth values of commitment, teamwork, courage and respect that allow us to come together to provide an exceptional service to our community.
