About the role:

Bruce Rock Engineering is a leading quality designer, builder and service provider of road transport equipment in Australia. We offer a complete range of trailer solutions to the agricultural, mining, construction and general freight industries nationwide. With the lightest tare weights in Australia, our innovative, high-quality trailers are engineered for reliability, durability and performance.


Ongoing support is provided by our comprehensive truck and trailer repair, maintenance and Tyre service.


We currently have vacancies for a new Apprentice at our Forrestfield facility for Heavy Vehicle Bodybuilders position learning the trade which involves repair and maintenance of road transport and general industry products supplied to the mining and transport industries.


The successful candidate must meet the following:


The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Completion of Year 12 - highly desirable
  • Pre-apprenticeship training in a relevant field
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work as a team member
  • Willingness to accept direction
  • Willingness to work outside a set roster when required
  • Willingness to undertake training as required
  • A driver’s licence will be desirable

The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary arrangement, and other employee benefits may be considered for the right person.


You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test and provide a valid National Police clearance (not issued longer than 6 months ago). Applicants will have to provide proof of their working rights to work and live in Australia.
