About the role

Serco are currently seeking an Asset Supervisor to join the Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre (YHIDC) site in Northam. In this role you will manage day to day tasks and projects in the facilities maintenance space with numerous contracting companies and internal staff.

This role will enjoy the variety of administration responsibilities as well as the manual requirements of a facilities maintenance position. The successful candidate will need to build and maintain solid internal and external relationships with key stakeholders. This is a fulltime position, working Monday – Friday and reports to the Asset Manager.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
  • Sound knowledge of and experience in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Demonstrated team player skills and experience and success with managing a varied team to tight time frames, including understanding individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence

This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
