Retail Sales Representative


Hilti Australia is currently looking for a results-driven, face to face Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic and caring Hilti store team based in Perth.

What does the role involve?

This is a full-time role based at our Hilti store in Belmont, Perth. As a Retail Sales Representative you will work with the wider retail sales team in managing the day-to-day operations of the store as well as provide a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations. You will also be responsible for carrying out some general warehousing duties (pick packing, receiving freight, bookings, etc.) to ensure that we are delivering on our world class customer service experience in a timely and organised manner.

This is not an ordinary retail sales job, we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers in understanding their business needs and how our solutions can add value. This is why we stand out as a market leader.
