The Chief Customer Office is responsible for all customer and colleague facing activities that occur across Bankwest. The CCO ensures that there is effective alignment in messages for all customer and colleague segments.
The Change, Communications and Events team is responsible for communications and change management across Bankwest. The team manages and delivers communications initiatives of all types, from transformational to operational, acting as the voice of Bankwest colleagues and customers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Communications, you will be responsible for implementing internal communication strategies and activities for Bankwest, working confidently with senior stakeholders to ensure these are designed in creative and effective ways in order to engage colleagues in Bankwest's purpose, vision and strategic direction.
