My Home Hospital

My Home Hospital (MHH) is a new and innovative Hospital in the Home program with the aim of achieving a much higher proportion of hospital level care delivered in patients’ homes. The program is funded by Wellbeing SA and delivered by joint venture partners Medibank & Calvary Health Care.

Our design of the MHH model has been informed by core principles that embody the change that we want to see (and create) in acute care. They are aligned with our own organisational principles and with the principles for the MHH program.
