Your new role
This pivotal role will see you managing key administration tasks and directly assisting the Directors to achieve the goals and strategies of the business. Core duties of the role include; meeting and greeting of visitors, answering calls, organising meetings including setting agendas and taking minutes, arranging/coordinating events and travel bookings, diary management, assisting with staff training, performance reviews and any HR admin support to the team. You will also be responsible for the updating of administrative databases, plus any correspondence and customer/staff follow ups as required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a high level of motivation and initiative, be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You will be a people’s person, an effective written and verbal communicator with a friendly and courteous telephone manner. Excellent organisational and customer service skills will put you in good stead for this role. You will be friendly, warm and welcoming to all visitors and colleagues and be able to demonstrate initiative. You will have the ability to multitask and to think, adapt and learn in a fast-paced dynamic environment - with no two days being the same.
