Service Desk Analyst


This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity based in the Adelaide CBD. Australian Citizenship required.
Your new company
This recognisable organisation currently has vacancies within the IT team for two experienced, hard-working and enthusiastic Service Desk Officers.

Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for employees and be responsible for providing friendly, efficient and timely resolution of their IT issues. Therefore, you will consistently demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a service desk and/or customer-facing role will see you succeed in this position. Ideally, you will have experience with the following:

  • Windows 10
  • Active Directory
  • The Microsoft Office Suite
You will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative. You will also be hard-working and positive, and work well both independently and in a team. Please note, you must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this role.
