OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR


We are looking for an Office Administrator to fill the position in Sydney.

Duties:
Handling phone calls and all office correspondence (ie mail).

Assist with the organisation of company and client events.

Meet and greet visitors.

Ensure general office cleanliness & maintenance, including ordering and taking stock of office supplies and ensure the office area is presentable.

Coordinate meetings and organise meeting rooms.

General administration duties – invoice processing, record keeping, filing etc.

Perform typical PA duties for Managing Directors.

Skills & Experience:
Proven previous business and office support experience.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Computer competencies in all Microsoft packages and proven experience with Document Management systems.
