Outpatients is committed to enabling our community to be healthy and well, and to providing the best possible compassionate care when people need it.
Provide receptionist and administrative support to the staff, patients and visitors of the Children's Outpatient Department.
Training on the new Telehealth platforms will be including in on the job training.
Demonstrated excellent administration experience within a hospital environment.
Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
Experience in a customer service environment.
Pleasant telephone manner and public contact experience.
Ability to use initiative and work independently and the ability to work as part of a team.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Typing (minimum 60 wpm) and data entry skills.
