We are looking for an Operations Assistant to fill the position in Sydney.
Coordinate work production for multiple technicians.
Confirm work for the following day for a group of technicians.
Answer inbound phones calls from both technicians and customers and solve general enquires.
Organize both contracted and ad-hoc work requirements.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Determine manpower, equipment and materials needed to cover work scheduled.
Meet Individual and team performance KPI’s.
Work with and communicate with technicians, supervisors and other staff.
Ensure technicians required inductions and licenses are up to date.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in the similar role.
Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
Excellent communication abilities & professional phone manner and a results-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service experience.
Enthusiastic, motivated and a team player.
