REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Desire to learn e-commerce skills.
  • A knowledge of basic html, JavaScript and CSS.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and an adventurous spirit.
  • Able to rock climb.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • A drivers license (not necessary but a benefit).


ROLE DESCRIPTION
  • Using shopify to continually update and upload products.
  • Create flat lay imagery, using our in-house photo station and Adobe photoshop.
  • Work cohesively and closely with the rest of the team – content creation, order fulfillment and creative writing.
  • Use our PLM system to make sure all products are up to date and ready to pass over to our customers and dealers.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with customers digitally and in the warehouse.
  • Assisting our content creation team with rope access work and with fun days out climbing.
