About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to join our Finance and Control division on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accounts payable function runs smoothly by providing first line support to internal and external clients. Day-to-day the role is responsible for:

  • Proactively processing vendor invoices accurately and timely
  • Perform EFT payment runs
  • Process month end and accrual journals
  • Maintaining Hardcat asset register
  • Maintain updated vendor records

The role will also require you to work closely with wider business so excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role you would have worked in an accounting environment within similar position therefore your knowledge in asset maintenance and depreciation would be highly essential. You will have sound understanding of accounts payable functions & maintaining general ledgers. Exposure to PeopleSoft AP is highly desirable. Your strong attention to detail, ability to meet with tight deadlines and excellent stakeholder communication skills will ensure you are on path to success.
