The Opportunity at AIA

As a Project Analyst you will be working on a Policy Administration system migration project including mapping all of the AS IS and TO BE process.

About the Opportunity with AIA

Working directly with the Project Manager you will be working within the BA Practice, assigned to one of our project streams and be responsible for the analysis activities on a couple of different projects. You will also be:

  • Running workshops, facilitate business discussions to elicit, analyse and create clear requirements documentation, including process mapping and a traceability matrix.
  • Driving required As-Is and To-Be analysis ultimately supporting the program and business in understanding and managing the impact of the planned separation and transformation changes
  • Communicating clearly both written and verbal with different stakeholders to successfully capture requirements and deliver change that supports the business’ strategy.
  • Providing support and guidance to technical teams to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

  • Strong Process Analyst experience
  • Excellent Communication skills, you understand that interacting with people is one of the biggest parts of your day, and you build good relationships easily, with people in varying levels of seniority and functions within an organization.
  • Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders gathering any AS IS process maps, producing both AS IS and TO BE process maps.
  • Ability to work on a more detailed process analysis and design where necessary
  • Strong leadership skills, are an influencer and build relationships
  • Life Insurance and/or Financial Services experience highly desirable
