As part of our plan for continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager – Scanning to join our team at either our Sydney or Melbourne offices.

The Role

Reporting to the Market Development Manager for Scanning the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

  • Understanding customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analysing customer workflows and processes, and gathering other feedback by working with customers throughout their business.
  • Representing the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
  • Ensuring customer success through the management and oversight of the onboarding process.
  • Collaborating closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborating with the engineering and development teams to ensure our hardware and software solutions fit customers’/market requirements.
  • Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Working closely with key customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Being involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the solutions, educating customers and more.

This role will suit someone with the following:

  • Proven experience in delivering laser scanning projects at an operational level
  • A desire to learn new things and continuously seek personal development
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Experience with Zoller + Fröhlich, ClearEdge3D, 3D Systems and Topcon solutions.
  • An ability to work in a team environment
  • An ability to empathise with both customers and team/staff and maintain a respectful relationship with both.
  • An ability to complete paperwork and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
