Our story

RPS was founded in 1970 by a passionate team of academics in Oxfordshire. They shared a dream of creating an environmental planning practice dedicated to making the world a better place.

Since then, we’ve grown organically and through planned acquisitions into the global firm we are today and with over 1,000 people in Australia.

In 2014, RPS acquired Point Project Management and its strong portfolio of public and private sector projects across Australia. Operating with autonomy and accountability, our 30+ team of Melbourne-based PMs are involved in small and large projects in a range of sectors, from inception to close out.

If you are looking for a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment, and responsibility for some important federal or state-government projects, then this could be the opportunity you are looking for
