Support Administrator

Your role will involve the maintenance, administration and support for the in house applications.

The Role
Reporting to the Technology Manager your role will involve the administration, operation and maintenance of all internal company applications and systems. You will operate and maintain highly secure, high performance and robust environments as well as managing the provision of 24x7 support for production systems.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining the service desk incidents
Implement innovative, automated approaches for bespoke applications
Ensure availability of internal applications during normal and extended business hours
Perform hardware builds and maintenance as required
Support Linux Application Servers

Your Profile
Ideally, you are coming from a smaller environment where you have worked across multiple technologies at the one time and have experience with:
Operational, maintenance and development of Linux Servers
Knowledge of SIP/VoIP Telephony
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
All relevant technical certification
