The Group Strategy team is a fundamental part of the newly formed Strategy & Innovation (S&I) division at NAB, responsible for driving the development of the NAB Group’s overall strategy and portfolio shape. The team actively collaborates with colleagues in S&I, the Business Units and Enabling Units to ensure alignment to the Group Strategy and supports the delivery of strategic priorities. We are dedicated to improving financial services to better serve customers and help communities prosper.
As an Associate Director in Group Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of major workstreams to inform the strategic decision making.
You will work with Group Strategy colleagues to develop robust research and analysis, prepare high quality and compelling presentations and communicate recommendations to Executives across the Bank to influence the delivery of strategic initiatives.
You will be proactive, able to manage multiple streams of work, maintain a strong customer focus, and demonstrate an ability to coach and support junior colleagues.
