What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Customer Success Partner will ensure customer retention; managing the current relationships and networking further into each current account identifying new opportunities; delivering training and support to enable customers to adopt and expand utilization of Zafin’s solutions. This role will drive the strategy and tactical activities designated by the POD leadership. The successful candidate will capture best demonstrated practices and share with others throughout the sales team. As well as, act as the voice of the customer and capture new ideas for products and services.

Location: Opportunities in the UK, Australia and in the United States.

What will you do?

  • Partner with senior executives to uncover business pain and strategic mapping of Zafin's clients.
  • Drive engagement and adoption and foster enthusiastic, passionate customers.
  • Own customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Establish a trusted relationship with each client and drive continuous value of our products.
  • Proactively identify and lead team process improvements.
  • Help to articulate and inform the end-to-end solution as part of the overall implementation.
  • Present the Zafin solution suite, value proposition, and product vision to prospect clients.
  • Document, analyze, and communicate challenges and solution options that address problems in the financial services industry.
  • Help create and maintain repeatable assets and processes to support sales.
  • Help create and maintain training materials and processes for new hires to help get them up to speed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand prospect’s requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations.
  • Support internal initiatives including enablement of partners as part of partner on-boarding process.

What do I need to succeed?

Must have:

  • University Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related area.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer success managing a Tier 1 or 2 bank account or related role, ideally in a Financial industry.
  • Working for a cloud based business and experience working as part of a team.
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge in technologies used in enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to write detailed business specifications as well high-level solution design.
  • Ability to present proposition aspects of the solution in front of large audiences (clients and partner) and react quickly to complex scenarios.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work within a dynamic team as well as handle constant change.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Is proactive, has strong desire to learn and able to come up with innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Flexibility to connect with teams working different hours/time zones.
  • Will require travel and some flexibility with working hours based on client needs.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of product marketing, relationship management and pricing in a bank is a plus.
  • Breath of technical experience and technical aptitude to learn and adjust to new technologies and cloud trends.
  • Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise wide environments.
