About The Opportunity
Liverpool Hospital is recruiting for a Administration Officer (Level 2) to complement and enhance the Neurology Outpatient Department The Neurology Department is a dynamic, fast paced outpatient setting. We review patients with multiple sclerosis, stroke, movement disorders and general neurology. You will be working alongside, Neurologist’s, Neuropsychologist’s, research assistants, nurses, and a team of administrative assistance.

What you'll be doing The Administrative officer will provide administrative support to the Neurology Outpatient Department.

How to Apply

To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  • Experience in general clerical and reception duties and in providing high quality administrative support
  • Demonstrated computer skills with MS office
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently with time constraints
  • Experience working within a multi skilled team approach/environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks to completion
