Hotel Services Supervisor

We currently have a full time, permanent opportunity for a Hotel Services Supervisor to join our St Vincent's Care Services team at Kangaroo Point. Our Kangaroo Point facility is home to over 170 residents and is co-located with St Vincent's Private Hospital overlooking the Brisbane River.

As Hotel Services Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating meals which are prepared by the Food Services team at the co-located hospital;
  • Managing and adhering to the hotel services budgets;
  • Leading a team including laundry services, cleaning and food services team members;
  • Monitoring and ordering of stock;
  • Recruitment and rostering of staff.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Knowledge of food safety standards;
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence in leading teams;
  • Strong commitment to the mission and values of the organisation:
  • Sound computer skills including the MS office suite;
  • Demonstrated budgetary experience and staff rostering;
  • National criminal history check and flu vaccination record.
