This is a terrific opportunity to join a large collaborative team and work closely with two very experienced directors.
You will be joining a commercial and innovative boutique firm environment. These roles have come about due to growth of the practice, which has a unique no billable hours business model. This is a role that will suit someone who wants to be part of an incredibly flexible work envronment.
Ideally you have 5-8 years PQE and have had exposure to medium to large scale Federal and Supreme Court litigation. You embrace innovative ways of doing things and you like mentoring junior lawyers. Analytical rigour is important - you are curious minded and open to new ideas. You can expect a very broad range of general commercial litigation including: professional negligence, breaches of director duties, shareholder oppression, tax, property disputes. Matters are primarily Federal and Supreme Court litigation, with some County and District Court matters.
