Medical Receptionist


Medical Receptionist required at a Specialist Medical Practice in a vibrant and busy practice.

A part-time experienced Medical Receptionist is required for a Rheumatology practice based in Endeavour Hills.

Working with a friendly team; this role requires someone with a high attention to detail, strong customer service skills and understands the value of compassionate service. This amazing opportunity exists for a driven employee that takes pride in their work with the ability to work at pace, but also slow down whenever needed to provide our patients with personalised and focused service.

Duties:

  • Create & Maintain Patient Records;
  • Book Phone & Future Appointments;
  • Office Organisation;
  • Meet & Greet Patients on Arrival;
  • Process EFTPOS Payments;
  • Provide Adhoc Support to Practice Manager;

About You:

  • 2+ Years’ Experience Working in a Similar Role.
  • Reliability, honesty and punctuality.
  • Ability to Multitask & Think Quickly.
  • Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills.
  • Outstanding Time Management.
  • Ability to Manage Conflicting Priorities.
  • Experience with Genie Software (preferred).
  • Typing Speed 40wpm.
  • Dedication in Maintaining Patient Confidentiality.
